Public Classes: Not your average first aid class

We know that what you do in the minutes before medical help arrives will impact on the outcome of your child’s health.

Our classes leave you feeling confident to manage an emergency situation with your child.

Over 3 hours, our paediatric nurses share with you their years of experience. The entire class will get the chance to put evidence-based theory into practice on our lifelike baby and child CPR manikins.

This means that not only do you know what to do, but you also know exactly how to do it, because in an emergency every second counts.

Note: some classes we offer in conjunction with maternity hospitals. These are open to the public and anybody is welcome to attend.

Baby + Child CPR & first aid

Covers ages newborn to 8 years

Learn the essential life-saving skills of CPR and first aid for babies and children. Perfect for parents, parents-to-be, grandparents, babysitters and anyone caring for children! Hands on practice taught by expert paediatric nurses.

Please note, you will receive a Certificate of Attendance, not a Statement of Attainment – so if you need a first aid qualification for your workplace speak with your employer about which First Aid certificate is required.
