As we enter the hottest months of the year, make sure you know how to keep your little ones cool and what to do if they show signs of heat-related illness.

As we are due for a very hot Summer, it is important to know how to recognise and respond to heat-related illness (heat exhaustion and heat stroke) in children, and most importantly, how you can prevent these illnesses from occurring.
